But what is it? Under 100k and looks like it was used for towing a lot. Slight lift, but otherwise look about stock. Can’t see any rust either, only $9,000?

The catch: 6.0L engine

200k? You mean 200,000 miles...

Grrr.. It’s about $2000 too high for me.
I’m warming up to Oil burners though.

k usually is referred to in thousands of miles. My metro has 265k miles, and Equinox 175k miles. One times the miles is omitted.

As long as the oil was changed regularly the 6.0 shouldn't be a problem. And if it wasn't then the problems would have shown the, selves 30-50 thousand miles ago.

Rollin’ in my 6.0, towing shit when my engine blows...

Company I used to work for had a similar one. 10 grand in engine work later it was still fucked. Afterwards the shop convinced them they needed one of those plug in tuning dealios, because towing, which obviously didn’t resolve the issue the truck was having either.
Then they flipped it. Poor unsuspecting schmuck.
So, yeah... no.

350 instead of 250, and 6.0.

Yeah I know...OP had stated that it was “less than $100k”, which unless he's describing the price, isn't true.

Also, it says F-250, but that is sitting exactly like a 350 SRW, which tend to go for less. It would explain the lift, and the lower value. Plus, it’s a 6.0 with 195k miles. If it hasn’t been bulletproofed by now, it’s likely fine, but still.

I didn't see the $$Bill sign, covert edit I suppose.

Fun fact: the cab has to come off to do a turbo. Also, it's just in time to need a trans, they're made of glass. My rule of thumb is, if it's not a 7.3 it's crap.

200k miles on a 6 liter is the catch. If it's been bulletproofed it's fine, but if there's no paperwork to support it I'd stay away. Would be a nice price if it were a 7.3 or even a 6.4.

The 6.4 has its own horrendous set of problems, a lot of which comes from the DPF and SCR systems required.. Consensus seems to be a BP’d 6.0 is better than the 6.4.

That's interesting. My truck is a 7.3, so I don't worry about any of that anyway, haha.
